BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU (BJJ)

BJJ is an art of self-defence based on ground techniques, and it was developed by Brazilian brothers in 1920. It’s self-control training that requires minimum strength, speed, flexibility and timing. A player needs to understand bio-mechanics deeply before learning BJJ. Techniques in BJJ teaches you how to defend yourself without harming the opponent. Therefore it’s a safe practice in mixed martial art.
