VR Combatives is available for beginners and pro students to learn Muay Thai at Level 1 and Level 2. Before you start as a beginner, it’s best if you try a few activities such as a 5-10km run, 20-30 minutes skipping, and shadow boxing. We also start training with such activities for strength gain like bag work rounds, the practice of techniques, technical sparring, pull-ups and sit-ups, and Muay Thai techniques.
Pro students or others who already have knowledge and practice of Muay Thai, we have specified coaches for them as well. They keep updating everyone about advanced techniques on using a kick, punch, knee, elbow and footwork, proper stance, and more.
